In a recent survey on the "self-promotion gap," researchers found 69% of women said they'd rather minimize their successes than tell people about them , even though 83% said hearing other women talk about their achievements was genuinely inspiring to them.

We want to hear other women celebrate. We just don't feel we're allowed to be the one doing it.
