I hate writing posts like this but sometimes I have to.

Please order in plenty of time, I have a 5-7 day dispatch time. If you need for a date that’s coming up soon please let me know when ordering so I can make sure it gets you when you need it by.
I understand cake toppers are for birthdays but things like bank holidays are beyond my control. Please do not be rude. I’ve just had someone messaging me being extremely rude because I had the audacity to charge them to upgrade postage. I can’t just pay more postage without charging people, I would be out of business pretty quickly.

In the end I’ve blocked them and cancelled the order, I am not being spoken to like somthing you’ve stood in, you will be blocked.
