We offer a variety of workshops from beginners upwards and you can bring your own machine or use one of ours. You can just turn up and we’ll provide the rest in this fun workshop on 13th August - including expert tuition on how to insert the zips.

Learn simple quilting skills, a clever zip insertion technique and how to attach binding. You’ll leave with an awesome two-zip pouch, better skills and all the info to make another.

The summer holidays are just around the corner and we have some great sewing sessions to keep your youngsters busy.

Our Learn Together Tote workshop on 17th August is a brilliant opportunity to spend a bit of quality time with the young person in your life this summer holiday.

Or book them in for a fun workshop on 12th August to make a lined Oilcoth Pouch with a zip closure. It’s a great little pouch, handy for all sorts of bits and bobs!

Join the lovely Beth Powers Beth Power | Embroidery Artist for this Seaside Stitchscapes workshop to create a unique textured hoop embroidery with a coastal feel.

In this class on 25th July you will learn the basics of layering fabrics to create a tactile background, add hand embroidery and be shown some different ways of attaching shells through stitching. All materials are included but feel free to bring along any beach-combing finds to make your creation extra special.

Saunas are currently enjoying a huge boom - they are popping up all over the UK. A Nordic inspired felt sauna hat will help keep your head cool - meaning you can stay in longer to get more benefits!
