Seems to be a change in the air this week as we move into September......but today's rain is tomorrow's critical element in our washing process. Our amazingly soft Hawick water, results in a luxuriously soft finish to all our cashmere knitwear and accessories - new colours now available....
And as we transition from Summer into Autumn, cashmere is the ideal choice at this time of year, due to its thermoregulating properties, which means it keeps you warm when it's colder and cooler when we still have that hint of warmth in the air.

International Dog Day seems the ideal day to celebrate the attributes of our cashmere wrist warmers. Is everybody ready for the solar eclipse tonight?
It's the ideal time to appreciate the similarities between the moon and our argyle cable design. Just as sunlight casts stark shadows across the moon's craters, the raised twists of our cashmere cable knit catch the light and cast miniature shadows in its troughs, echoing the rugged, cratered and mountainous terrain of the moon's surface.
It's not quite so hard to land one of our luxurious cashmere argyle cable accessories, as it is to land on the moon!!

Our machines are switching off for their Summer Break Mon 27th July - Frid 7th Aug and so are we, re-opening Mon 10th Aug.

We are into July and Wimbledon is under way, signs that we are definitely in the midst of summertime. As are the many visitors we have been welcoming lately, from near and far. All thoroughly enjoying the South of Scotland, commenting on how much there is to see and do.
