People see the finished product but what they don’t see is everything that happens behind the scenes to make it. Running a small manufacturing business means constantly adapting. One day we’re planning production, the next we’re navigating new legislation, managing rising costs or thinking about how we can inspire the next generation to join an industry we’re passionate about.

These challenges are part of everyday life for many small businesses, but they’ve made us more resilient and always looking for better ways to do things.
