The weather is not so good so drop into Hayle Emporium. We’ve been to see our artist friends and have some amazing original oils paintings on old reclaimed wood and frames. We’ve also managed to get the ever popular Tiffany style stained glass lamps in all sizes from 6 inch right up to large double lamps at 18 inches.
We’ve taken the decision to close on Wednesdays for the foreseeable future because of my slow recovery so hope everyone understands. We will still be open 6 days a week including all weekends from 10.30 to 4.30.

I’m back from my first buying trip for over 2 months and have lots of new treasures in the shop. All the usual stock like the mini glass paintings and the cabinet k***s, still only £2 each. We’re open all weekend Saturday 10-4.30 and Sunday 10.30-4.30.

Just to let everyone know we’re closing the shop on Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th August. James and Cerisia have done a fantastic job covering for me while I recover from my health problems but they desperately need a break after working everyday for the last 2 months or so. I’m taking the opportunity to go and see one of my major suppliers so the good news is when we reopen on Wednesday 5th lots of new and unique stock will be arriving ready for Thursday in the shop.
Thanks for everyone’s kind words while I’ve been recovering. 🤕😊

Dear customers,

Malcolm is making a slow and steady recovery, but it may still be a while before he is back working in the shop. In the meantime, we need to go hunting for more new goodies, so we will be CLOSED on Sunday 14th and Monday 15th June. Back Open as usual on Tuesday 16th with a van load of new and exciting stock, so stay tuned!

Hi all.
It’s Jennie & James here (Malcom’s children). Sadly, our dad was taken into hospital on Tuesday incredibly unwell, so we are just writing a post in anticipation of the upcoming half term and the shop being very busy, to ask that everyone please bare with us while we try and navigate everything. I’m not going to go into any details on this post, but this will be the case for at least the next few weeks. We are trying our hardest to keep up with enquiries and keep everything running smoothly, while still worrying about and visiting our dad. After our visit today, his wonderful team of doctors and nurses said they are so pleased with his numbers and recovery - which we were all obviously so, so grateful and relieved to hear. I know my dad would absolutely love to hear some nice messages as he slowly recovers, so we will make sure we read him any well wishes from the comments below.

Just to let everyone know we’re OPEN EVERYDAY THROUGH EASTER INCLUDING EASTER SUNDAY and MONDAY from 10.30-4.30. We’ve just got back from visiting our artist friends so have some great new paintings in the shop. Also our popular outdoor furniture which all folds flat for storage or transporting.
