Baby massage is a brilliant way to spend one on one time with your little one building an amazing bond. I run relaxed, friendly baby massage classes based in the centre of Ilkeston. The classes are over a 5 week period and includes strokes to help with the relief of of colic, wind, constipation, teething and congestion. By the end of the course you will have learnt a whole massage routine covering

all of babys body which will encourage your little one to grow and develop both physically and emotionally. The classes are 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 30 minutes long, these extended class times ensure that you get a full hour to really understand the stokes and their benefits. The massage session is then followed by up to 15 minutes of sensory play for baby ending with time for parents to have a coffee and chat.
