Sprint on the spot – standing in one location, sprint as fast as you can without moving from your location. Really exaggerate the arm and leg motions for maximum benefits.
Burpees - Similar to the Squat thrust with the press up phase added. Start standing, Squat down and place your hands on the floor in front of you. Thrust your legs out to be in a straight arm plank position. Do a press-up. Tuck legs back in and stand up.

β€’ 7-10 rounds
Regression:
β€’ 15 seconds sprint on the spot

Squat thrusts - Similar to burpees without the press-up phase. start standing, Squat down and place your hands on the floor in front of you. Thrust your legs out to be in a straight arm plank position. Tuck legs back in and stand up.
Squat jumps - Similar to the Squat without weight, adding in a jump as your legs become straight. This will generate an explosive leg movement.
Burpees - Similar to the Squat thrust with the press up phase added. Start standing, Squat down and place your hands on the floor in front of you. Thrust your legs out to be in a straight arm plank position. Do a press-up. Tuck legs back in and stand up.

V-sits – Start lying flat on your back. Crunch both your arms and leg up. Your legs should be at roughly a 45 degree angle and you should try and get your hands as close to your toes as possible.
Side plank dips – On one hand or elbow. Keep your shoulders, hips and ankles in line. Slowly and controlled lower your hip to the ground and bring it back up.
Windshield wipers - lie on your back with legs straight up in the air. There should be a 90-degree angle between body and thighs. Keep lower back pressed in to the floor and rotate from side to side such that your shoulders remain in contact with the floor and your feel tap the floor on either side. to make easier bend your legs.

β€’ 15-20 minute AMRAP

β€’ 10 side plank dips
β€’ 5 v-sits
β€’ 4 windshield wipers
