Bit of fun today getting my arse kicked by an amazing female fighter. Returned to the sport after 20 years and this is my first proper competition. Absolutely loved it don’t think it’ll be my last one as long as I remain injury free. Thanks to the support of my family and friends that came to watch. 💪🔥🏋️‍♀️

Early start with an unexpected delay of 2 hours on the motorway resulting in a shorter route and train back to the car 🚗. Some challenging parts got us all but we did it. Nice pub grub at the end and some very tired ladies (including myself) in the car

I’ve been a bit quiet on the hat front lately, as I’ve been concentrating on my studies. However, I was approached by a family friend about making a hat for an upcoming wedding in May (the dress to match is in the corner). Had just the perfect hat in stock and it’s on route now.

The reason I’ve been so quiet and rather busy is because of training. Finally can cross off a marathon from the bucket list. Think it’ll be the first of many, I really enjoyed it. I’ve learnt you can achieve anything with a bit of hard work and determination. To the next one

It’s only a matter of days before I embark on my first marathon. Nerves haven’t set in yet but I’m sure as the time gets closer they will. As I’ve been busy training haven’t had much time to make any new creations, so I thought I’d share my custom order from July. I had one happy customer when she picked up this beauty.
