I have had lots of you contacting me since being on maternity leave, asking if I am back to work now, and I can confirm that I am!

I am taking on all alterations- Bridal wear, evening wear or casual wear.
Whether it is taking up hems, fixing holes or transforming something old into something new, I am here to help.

I am limited on fitting appointments at the moment, so please make sure you book in advance.
If it is something simple, you can drop off with a measurement, like trouser hems for example, I can get these turned around fairly quickly.

Look forward to seeing you all again and meeting new faces.

Lots of you will be aware that I am quite heavily pregnant. I have been extremely busy over the last couple of months and I am finding it is taking its toll.
So I’ve decided to start slowing down on work a bit earlier than I had originally planned.

Unfortunately I won’t be taking on any new fitting appointments for the moment.
I will still be taking ‘drop off alterations’ (items that can be dropped off with a measurement).

I also would like to say thank you to everyone that has used my services so far. You have kept me extremely busy and it’s been lovely meeting so many new faces.

This year has been my busiest year by far for prom dress alterations.
Proms are becoming a huge expense for parents, so it’s important to know that there are companies like Prom Ally that can help keep the cost down but still make your child feel included

It’s May now and most of the school proms are taking place in June/July! 💃🏼

If you know any teenagers struggling financially who may not be attending the prom due to the cost of an outfit, please visit our website and fill out a referral form for them as soon as possible! 👗

We are receiving referrals every day but we still have thousands of dresses available and don’t want anyone to miss out because they don’t know that we’re here!

We can send dresses and suits all around the UK so don’t worry if you’re not local to Llandudno! ❤️

🪡🧵✂️ Getting creative…

My customer had this dress for around 15 years. She could no longer do the zip up as it was too tight and wanted to re-design the dress to get more use out of it.

We decided to take the sleeves off so I had extra fabric I could add into the back to give more room. Then added contrasting sleeves and collar from an organza shawl that came with the dress.

Really pleased with the outcome and a very happy customer!

Really impressed with the amount of people making the most of what they already have.

This dress had become too tight at the top for the customer, so I lowered the back, re-set the zip and added darts for a better fit.
