This Saturday find us at Black Barn Farmers Market!

If you've never been, this is a lovely little event with food, drinks and artisan stalls, with live music at the bandstand. The Barn itself is a treasure trove of craftsmanship on the ground floor with a cafe on the top floor - we rate the breakfast!

It's been a hot minute since we posted this series and if you can believe it there's still more reasons why we choose linen!

It's moisture wicking benefits feels very relevant at the moment since its been so hot and sweaty lately. If you're not choosing natural fibres in this heat what are you doing?

🥵 What's your favourite thing to wear in the heat?

Mine is for sure something loose and airy and linen seems to fit the bill perfectly for me.

Fellow gardeners take note!

Its the Norfolk Garden Show this weekend, an event we try to go to every year to fill any gaps in our garden that can happen at this time of year when early summer planting transitions to late summer! There is usually a great range of ironmongery too with plant supports, obelisks and decorations.

This will be our first year attending with The Natural Fibre Shop so you'll be able to explore our lovely linens too.

We'd love to hear your thoughts on the Norfolk Show this year - leave us a comment below!

It was our first Norfolk Show so without anything personally to compare to we weren't sure what to think! Many people we spoke to said it wasn't as well attended as usual and while this was a real shame for the traders it was absolutely understandable given the extremely hot weather!

Sometimes this is the way when you're trading at markets and its all part of the fun!
