Meet other parents and learn how to massage and practice yoga with your baby in a relaxed and friendly environment. Massage and yoga are wonderful experiences for both parent and baby offering a special time for you to lovingly communicate through nurturing touch. The 6 week course is based on Indian and Swedish massage traditions, reflexology and baby yoga. There’s also some simple stretches for

mum, singing and sensory play too! They are completely baby led and offer parents a fantastic opportunity to socialise.
