This morning the youngest made me laugh. She asked why it said 'eject' and I knew what she was thinking 😂 So I said it was for ejecting a cd, not a passenger 😂
Mind you, that would make the school run interesting, don't you think? 🤔😜😂

OK, I didn't know was a thing! Did you?

Today has been quite the opposite for me; so productive.

Washing drying, personal admin nearly up to date, orders sorted and then a really satisfying & thorough fridge-sort of left overs and daughters' concoctions (I loath throwing anything away, especially food, but needs must sometimes). Now I have lots of full airers and a mass of plastic pots to stick in the wash😂.
A family life = lots of pots of leftovers to eat (easy dinner tonight 😜)
Next job? Sort out this draw for the next load of leftovers and the clean pots. Cuppa tea and dinner first I think 😉

Oh my - Christmas - So Joyful and my favourite time of year, but so🤯with all that needs to be thought about, processed and arranged!
How's it been for you? Remember, that nothing needs to be perfect and just enjoy the moments.
Right, I'm off to buy the husband's present, gift vouchers, books for the girls and sweets...more sweets and chocolate to help me through 😃🤣

My youngest is 10 years old now, but I still remember the 'Let Down' feeling.
For me it was a definite physical pull feeling with warmth and often at odd times.
The post below is interesting as I never realised that there were opposite feelings for some mothers.

So, that's the ice gone, phew.
But still a little cold on the hands.

These are great as you can have warm hands while pushing a buggy. You can still easily get your hands out for more detailed tasks such as little ones shoe laces (always coming undone at the wrong momments, aren't they?), coats and phones, without the risk of loosing gloves.

Evening everyone,
Well, the ice seems to have subsided today and I really hope you all survived without any falls? I imagine it wasn't much fun for little ones and buggies (even if some of the children seemed to have enjoyed the slidding 😜). It's making me think about what would be good for buggies in the snow if it comes.

Thanks to a local Facebook community tip, on Monday, I went and bought some strap-on shoe grippy things for myself and the family.
They were brilliant.
Even though the pavements were sheet ice, we could manage the school run 'almost' like normal, but fingers crossed for not needing them in the morning.
