We have celebrated from September through to October. We still have more brands and retailers to support, with events taking us through to the end of November 👏👏💚🐏

The weather has been mild, and we are still waiting for the 'wintery cold' to arrive so we can all wrap up warm in wool. In the meantime we will reflect and highlight that Wool has so many positive natural benefits across an abundance of products. Keep your eyes 👀 out across the UK as retailers continue to promote wool across their stores.

Mary is right we are lucky in the UK that people are always supportive of us independent retailers. ❤😊

I always knew in my heart that us Brits loved our independent shops, but you blew me away with your response to my post last week.

You gave thousands of recommendations of great places to shop - from Scotland to California. But here’s the thing: what connected all the posts was emotion.

Your love for the vital role independents play - which goes far beyond a till transaction. And retailers’ passion for their clients and community. This is what great retail is about - large and small. For too long it’s been driven by head with not enough heart.

Small retailers vitally understand this. Some bigger players could learn a thing or two from the care, love, and commitment to community and well being these wonderful businesses give. Bring ‘em on.
