Send us an email describing your requirements in detail. Our ability to serve you better will be greatly enhanced by the specific information you are able to provide. Therefore, please do take the time to be as specific as possible. Based on your requirement, Our design team will select or design the appropriate outfit that is in tune with your expectation. You will receive an email with a detailed description of the item(s) requested along with price. (if possible, we will attach digital image(s) of the same)
After mutual confirmation on price and design, Khaas Clothing will send you an email informing the time it will take to make the order. Once payment is received you can rest and we will keep you updated. Your very own personalized outfit will arrive at your doorstep within a short period of time.

Special Occasions Dresses: 8 weeks max. Evening and Party Wears: 9 to 12 weeks (time may exceed depending on selected dresses)
In-case of more than 10 heavy dresses 15 to 17 weeks. For orders that are urgent we charge 35% extra and will have them completed within 4-5 weeks of order confirmation. These are only estimated time frames and may vary during seasonal workload , custom and peak periods . Final delivery time will depend on the product you are buying. Personalized items are non-returnable,so we ask that you take special care when placing your order.Please consider this time requirement when placing your order. For other personalized items, please contact customer service to know the expected ship date of the item. Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide by email, phone or fax. Caprise will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arises we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a free fix.
