Dear Customers,
It is with a very heavy heart that we announce that we have made the very difficult decision to close The Cashmere Cabin.
As many people are aware, retail trends have changed, alongside rising prices in costs and overheads, these for most businesses are difficult but even more so for independent retailers.
We have loved being a part of the Ilkley community for over 11 years and we have genuinely cherished every moment of them with many of our customers becoming friends.
We are so grateful for every single person over the years who has supported us as a small business. We will however have a few more weeks to say our goodbyes.
We hope by giving you this notice, it gives you chance to pop in for some final purchases as we go into closing down sale.
If you have any gift cards or credit notes, these need to be used by the end of August 2024.
Loyalty points can be redeemed up until the end of August 2024 but we are sorry to say that we can no longer offer loyalty points on any purchases made after 8th August 2024.
Refunds will not be available on any items purchased on or after the 8th August 2024.
