Coronavirus - Covid 19 Update Eyewear boutique is to close its doors until further notice!

For the safety of my staff and the wider community, it is with great reluctance I have decided to close the shop and work from home. If you need any eye health and or eyewear related problems you can contact us via email or PM via Facebook messenger. I do not think it is possible in our Eyewear Boutique premises to keep a distance from each other due to being a very hands on type of business. when we are all needing to maintain "social distancing".

We now know that many people with a coronavirus infection do not have symptoms, but may pass the infection on to others. As the number of infections rise, it is unlikely that we will be able to avoid people with an infection coming into the premises even by asking questions about a cough and temperature.

My main concern is that we may inadvertently act as "super-spreaders" and pass the infection to our patients who may end up passing to older love ones with other health complications. As hard as this is, I feel closing the premises for normal face to face visits now is the sensible decision.

I will still be available for any eye and glasses related problems that can be dealt with from a distance. So contact me for advice either via Email ([email protected]) or Facebook messenger.

I'm more than happy to continue doing repairs to broken frames, ordering of replacement spectacles etc Just contact me first and I will do my best to help.

Anyone with medical eye emergencies

All current orders will be fulfilled, and will be available and be delivered to you.

Me and my partner will be back to normal as soon as it's safe to do so.
