My name is Amy and I’m the bonkers person behind all of the things you will find on this page. I have a degree in Fine Art (painting) but really got into crocheting while pregnant with my little girl. It might sound really crazy but crocheting helped me get through a really tough time in my life and I've not been able to stop. Which is how this little business was born! Formerly known as Queen of

Happy New Year Everyone!!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year and that your all recovering from the madness. I know your all probably still getting over the shock but we have a little day coming up that I need to talk about 🤣

🌹For Valentines Day this year I'm offering my Valentines Day single stem roses. They are always very popular and personally one of my favourite makes (I have one sitting in a bottle on my kitchen window). 🌹

Each rose is made in a gorgeous deep burgundy (other colours are available upon request) and comes presented with a tag (which can be personalised) and a cellphone flower pouch.

I have a very limited number of order spaces for these, with all orders being shipped on the 31st to be sure they get to their new home on time. Feel free to ping me a message with any questions.

I have 3 flamingo decorations available and ready to be posted today, 2 of the silver background and 1 white, I only have these 3 made right now and am not sure if I'll be making more.

I can't believe it's the the 1st of November already!!

As promised here's some of the decorations that will be available to order from today, I've added the prices into the details for each photo, as with all my makes everything can be made in different colours.

What do you make for your mum when she loves both highland coos aaaand Christmas?.....highland coo baubles complete with woolly pompom hats 😂😍!!

I did it!!

All my teddy orders are finished packed and ready for collection 😅 it's such a relief to have them all done, don't they look so cute!

I'm thinking of opening my order book for Christmas decorations on the 1st would anyone be interested? I'll pop up more details tomorrow or Thursday.

I have blue highland coos, traditional highland coos and giraffes on the hook today! All the yarn I needed arrived on Saturday along with some new colours for some seasonal projects, I love a squishy yarn delivery 😍

Happy Thursday Everyone!!

Baby Harris arrived just over 4 weeks ago! I feel like time has flown by in a sleep deprived blur but the biggest beastie is back at nursery and I'm feeling a little bit more human (a bit of a sleep deprived human but human non the less) which means one thing CROCHET! Whoop, I've managed to do very little over the last 2 months and am looking forward to fitting some in.

Watch this space for some crochet goodness!

🎊It's official!🎊

I'm now on maternity leave and my order books are officially closed. I'm just back from posting the last of my orders, it was a little scary but exciting. I will continue to keep Crafty Wee Birdie Gift Shop stocked with goodies and of course keep crocheting personal makes (which I'm super excited about), which means I'll be popping up every now and then to say Heyloo.

Thank you so much to every single one of you for all your support, it's a little bit daunting taking such a big break but I'm excited to spend some one on one time with my not so little monster before the newest addition arrives.

Gah a week today and I'll officially be on maternity leave 😲

I closed my order book for teacher apples yesterday as I'm completely out of supplies for those but I do still have 5 order slots available for cacti, I could have these posted out by friday. Feel free to ping me a message if interested.
