Understanding that the fashion doesn't work without the correct underwear is key.

I had the most wonderful visit to the V&A yesterday to see the Catwalk exhibition.
It's so worth a visit and we spent hours wandering round but would have stayed longer had we not had a train to catch.
I might even go back there's so much to see.

A fantastic way to spend a day! 💕

Different bras = different sizes.
Just like when you go clothes shopping.

Buying bras based on a size is the absolute worst way to shop 🙏

She makes me smile.

We had a conversation a few months ago about being confident enough to run with just a sports bra on......and here she is 🙌🏼 (with leggings of course 😳🤣)

I genuinely don't think there's anything that this awesome lady can't achieve if she puts her mind to it. 💪🏻

Please remember a sports bra is an essential piece ok kit.
They should be fit for purpose and properly fitted, back size and cup size.
Putting a logo on a crop top does NOT make it a sports bra, despite what some of the big companies tell you.
This is one of my biggest frustrations as it is damaging to women and girls. 😡

Be like Jan and come for a sports bra fitting 🙏
