DevonPens Hand made unique, turned wooden pens. Pens made with local or historic woods. I started wood turning after I inherited a Lathe from my Great Uncle.

I still now, many years later, use some of the same tools and often think back to him using them. I love making pens, they are each so individual and you never know quite what you will find inside each piece of wood. I use a wax finish on my pens, as I like to feel the wood, and not the artificial CA glue coating used by some makers. Living on the edge of Dartmoor has inspired me and I will be trying to source as much local wood as possible moving forward.

Doors are open from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm, with ticketed sessions available at the following times:
12:30 pm – 2:00 pm
2:15 pm – 3:45 pm
4:00 pm – 5:30 pm
