Mightie Makers is one year old today!!
One whole year of handmade gifts, incredible makers, gentle support, happy dance orders, wobbles, wins, learning curves, and a community that has grown with so much heart.
Mightie Makers was created to give talented UK makers living with Chronic Illness, Disability, Mental Illness, Neurodiversity, and caring responsibilities a kinder place to sell their handmade products, at a pace that works for real life. A place where needing rest, support, flexibility or understanding is never seen as a weakness.
Over the past year, our Mighties have filled the marketplace with almost 4000 products. Every order has supported a real person behind the screen - someone creating around health challenges, caring roles, energy limits, pain, anxiety, overwhelm, and all the things customers don’t always see.
To every Mightie who has trusted us, every customer who has shopped with us, every person who has shared a post, left a kind comment, donated time, cheered us on, or believed in what we’re building - thank you from the bottom of our hearts 🩷
We’re so proud of our little marketplace and community with a mightie heart, and we can’t wait to see what year two brings. 🥰
