Guys, I honestly feel like we're missing a trick!
A couple of weeks ago, the lovely Gail from Ag+ popped over to collect some stickers, and after chatting about how green my chickens' water was getting in the heat (and how I seemed to be changing it constantly!), we ended up doing a little swap for some of their disinfectant.
Well... I am genuinely blown away!
After giving all of the chickens' drinkers and feeders a really good scrub with it, I cannot believe how crystal clear the water has stayed. I mean not one single bit of green!
And the best part? It's completely safe to drink, for your horses too!
Please go and check out Gail's page. She even told me she'd happily pour herself a glass of water from any of her troughs, and after seeing the results for myself, I completely believe her.
This stuff is a game changer.

Blake and I have even started using it in the kids' swimming pool. It's much safer than chlorine but does the same job.
