Today marks World Maternal Mental Health Day. A day where we stop trying to be 'perfect', a day to stop trying to sweep mental health under the carpet and start making it a priority; for all of us on whatever journey we are on. So please, check in with your friends,neighbours, work colleagues as well as mums old and new, (not forgetting dads too) and anyone else (young or old) who you think might need a little reminder that you are thinking of them and that they are doing an awesome job.

Just being there for someone means more than you could ever know.......

While us mums all love white vests and babygrows on our little people, the good people at St Johns Ambulance have teamed up with Tesco to create a babygrow that teaches CPR. A vital skill we should all know. 🐝
