This week’s family cake was a no-bake Mini Egg cornflake cake and honestly, it’s SO good and ridiculously easy

Melt – all the chocolate + butter
Mix – stir everything together (apart from the eggs)
Crush – the Mini Eggs
Chill – press into a tin, add the eggs on top, then chill for 2 hours 👍🏻

Couldn’t be easier and comes out slightly fudgy. Sooo good!

Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet on here — life’s just been a lot lately.
My eldest is in Year 6 (how did that happen?!) and wow… what a ride. Why did no one warn me?! 😅

I’ve also recently started selling on , so it’s been busy behind the scenes, but I haven’t really had much to say on here.
