I’m reposting just to be absolutely clear .. I’ve been labelled jealous, bitter, unprofessional a disgrace and vulgar… … MY BROTHER DIED, AFTER MY SISTER DIED AND AFTER I GOT CANCER, MY BROTHER VERY CLEARLY IN HIS WILL LEFT ME THE SHOP AND THE BUSINESS. I WAS TOLD IN AN OFFICIAL MEETING THIS WAS A THREE WAY SPLIT (WITHOUT PROOF BUT I ABSOLUTELY TRUSTED HER) .. NOWHERE IN MY BROTHERS WILL IS THIS MENTIONED .. IT WAS LEFT ONLY TO ME. I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT. ((I ONLY GOT A COPY OF PAULS WILL AFTER PROBATE WAS GRANTED FROM THE .GOV WEBSITE, IT WAS NEVER VOLUNTEERED, BUT BY THEN SHE HAD ALREADY CLOSED THE AFOREMENTIONED BUSINESS) THE SHOES WERE THEN TAKEN FROM THE PROPERTY, WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER, A PROPERTY THAT SHOULDN’T HAVE EVEN BEEN ENTERED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AS IT TURNS OUT, .. THE STOCK SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM THE PROPERTY (which were eventually returned) THE BUSINESS WAS LEFT SOLELY TO ME … I HAVE THE RECEIPTS ALL THE RECEIPTS… SO YOU CALL ME BITTER YOU’RE DAMN RIGHT IM BITTER… BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T FULFIL YOUR DUTY AS AN EXECUTOR OF MY BROTHERS WILL, THATS AN OFFENCE, I HAD TO FIGHT FOR WHAT I WAS ENTITLED TO, INCIDENTALLY I DIDN’T GET IT .. WHAT MY BROTHER WANTED ME TO HAVE … YOU DO YOU.. BUT I HAVEN’T LOST AN ENTIRE FAMILY AN ENTIRE NETWORK OF PEOPLE WHO’VE SEEN THE RECEIPTS … YOU TRADED PAULS FAMILY FOR GREED, TO TAKE WHAT WAS MY FAMILIES 40 YEAR BUSINESS .. and as for saying I don’t have the GOLDTHORPE name .. it’s mine by birth …

The last few bits of kids shoes are now all on vinted, there’s ladies Rieker, seibel other bits and bobs mens Rieker and Seibel getting added daily, all stock is residual from the ‘shop closure 🙄’ if you were a regular customer make sure you let me know when you make an offer ..

After watching the Martin Lewis show this evening .. I would like to reiterate the need to have a will. I would also like to reiterate the absolute need to have more than one executor, even if it’s a spouse … you 100% need more than one executor, even more so if it needs to go to probate. One executor can take matters into their own hands, when probate comes through, often months later, it’s too late and too expensive to fight a contentious probate. An executor can quite literally take everything and because it’s so expensive to contest .. they can take everything. So get a will, get at least 3 executors … get a power of attorney ….. I’d like to say never ever trust your spouse, that is 100% not applicable in most cases …

What can’t speak, can’t lie …. The portion of my brothers will leaving the business to his sister .. ‘minits of a meeting’, where it was declared the business was apparently “shared three ways” nowhere in Paul’s will did it say the business was shared 3 ways.

Because the shoes eventually ended up in the rightful and proper ownership of Paul’s sister Lindsey and her family, some of the childrens shoes have been donated to Cape Verde and some to re uniform .. the shoes to Cape Verde are being delivered as we speak ..
