Thank you so much for your supportive messages following our recent apology. We are very fortunate to have such wonderful customers, and as a small (but growing) team we appreciate you deeply.

We have had our most successful year in Gaucho Ninja history

We know you have been waiting a long time for these. We have deep appreciation for that - thank you for your trust and patience.

We can now update you with the news that the Sneaky Ninjas 2.0 Barefoot Safety Trainers and Chelsea Boots have cleared customs and will be shipping to you next week. (This is for the US/EU customers).

If you're in the UK, you should have already received your order; if not, it is imminent.

We wanted to reach out in an update to all our loyal customers to let you know that Gaucho Ninja has experienced some challenging circumstances within the last couple of months, including changes within our technical and back-end systems, a period of absence due to the necessity for our small team to travel to an overseas exhibition and recent family bereavements within our small team.

We are aware that these unique circumstances have led to a delay in the responsiveness of our customer service team and want to apologise for this. All messages will be responded to, and all returns and exchanges will be honoured in accordance with our returns policy.

We are extending the time to return a purchased product to 6 months from time of delivery. Please be reassured that as always, we will endeavour to offer fair and positive solutions to any customer or order issues that arise.

We are also in the process of expanding our customer service and logistics team to continue to offer the outstanding customer service we are proud of.

Thank you for your patience and loyalty, we appreciate and value it.
