I am delighted to be able to share these incredible photos from Sophie's elopement to Italy!

Sophie sent me the design created by her friend & we went about creating this sculptured corset dress from antique ivory silk duchess satin.

The pattern was drafted by myself, fully b***d with bust cups & those incredible ruched hip panels. If Marie Antoinette was married in 2026, I'm sure this is what she'd have worn!

We opted for a full back lacing to ensure a fully corseted shape with just a small amount of net to fill those hip panels.

Working with Sophie was an absolute joy & she beamed her way through every meeting & fitting right up to the very last minute.

The photos are wonderful & I simply burst reading the review you left for me. My day has been incredible & being such a close part of anyone's wedding day makes me feel very privileged 👰🇮🇹🤍💍🪡🧵✂️

What is a toile? Basically a mock-up garment! Have a look at the video below to see a clients toile before his fitting on Friday. I'll check back in with a post-fitting to show how we pin, draw & draw all over it!

Starting the 20th July I'm changing my working days to align with childcare. This is only until September when I'll be available all week as Mini-Vinnie is starting school! 📚🎓🍎🚌🎒✏️

Its 10pm & something happened today which is playing on my mind...

There is no body whatever the age, gender, size who can't wear EXACTLY what they want on their wedding day. This is the mountain I'll die on for my newly weds & I'm here to fight your corner.

You deserve to feel incredible for your wedding, wearing whatever brings you the most joy. If that is something I can create, so much the better!

Traditions & the expectations of others can often hold us back from being honest about what we want... if you have that wobble, I've got your back 🥰

IT OPENS!!!

Finally we managed to break open some windows which in a studio with machinery & industrial iron is essential! Just in time for the rain 🌧

One of them is still completely painted shut but as Meatloaf said "2 out of 3 ain't bad"
