Lullaby Lane Children's Boutique Ltd will officially be collecting the keys to our beautiful new shop in Knaresborough! 💙
What started as a dream is becoming a reality, and we honestly couldn't have reached this milestone without all of your amazing support, encouragement and kindness along the way.

There is still plenty to do before we open our doors, but now the exciting part begins!

Step back through the story of what Cromwell House, 80 High Street, Knaresborough

Built in 1764, this Grade II listed building stands on a site where Oliver Cromwell is believed to have stayed during the siege of the town in 1644. Today, its historic frontage will be home to Lullaby Lane Children’s Boutique — where centuries of local heritage meet something beautifully new for little ones.

History, character, and charm, all under one roof.

Our opening date of 4th July has been put back due to the other shop having asbestos issues, we had to find new premises. Somethings are meant to be, after my viewing with North Yorkshire Council stepping the door we discovered a coin and feather...from heaven maybe?

I'd love to introduce myself before we open our doors and begin this exciting journey. ✨

My name is Melani, and I am the founder director of Lullaby Lane Childrens Boutique Ltd, I moved to Knaresborough recently with my partner Ian and our beautiful crazy pup Dottie the Dorkie.

Lullaby Lane has been created from a passion for beautiful children's clothing, thoughtful gifts, and creating a special shopping experience for families. What started as an idea and a dream is now becoming a reality, and I couldn't be more excited to share it with you.

Over the coming weeks, I'll be giving you behind-the-scenes glimpses of our preparations, sharing the inspiration behind the brand, and introducing some of the carefully chosen collections that will soon be available. Our opening day moved to August 2026. 🤞
