I need to remind myself of this all the time… not because David or Matthew think that I’m not enough. I think they think I’m quite a handful at the moment! This is a constant battle with myself. I’ve just finished a two hour visit with the stroke and neuro team at the house and they have put some things into perspective for me. I’m only considered to be 60% recovered after my stroke in December. I’m suffering from fatigue that sleep doesn’t help and I’m menopausal so I’m having it from both directions. My attention span… well that’s like Dory (Finding Nemo). SO, this is 60%

Happy Friday! Is it just me or has it rained ALL summer? It’s not got above 21 degrees where I am and I’m feeling really sad about it! It’s almost September already! After my first few month this year were wiped out by my stroke I was so looking forward to feeling the warmth of summer and it hasn’t materialised.

Allow me to introduce you to our new brand. MOOI means beautiful or lovely in Afrikaans. This brand just feels right!
