🍂 we’re so happy with how the windows have turned out — they’re looking like an autumn dream with just a sprinkle of Halloween mischief. Think rustic ceramics, new Emma Bridgewater, delicious French soaps, vintage trinkets, and exquisite jewellery… Ms Hargreaves has absolutely done us proud.

Dave James from BBC Radio 4 popped into Penny Street this morning 😊 coffee, croissants 🥐 and a good chat about the joys (and chaos) of running an independent shop. Lancaster’s high street is still 70% independents, still bustling, still full of life. We’re so grateful for the visit. The story airs Monday on You & Yours!
