Our Story

Nomads is an independent, Fair Trade Clothing Boutique located in the lovely market town of Launceston. This is the flagship store for Nomads Clothing, who have been supplying shops with Fair Trade fashion and ethical clothing throughout the UK and further afield since 1989. The Nomads brand features a wide range of styles in dresses, tunics, trousers, tops, cardigans and coats in beaut

iful prints, eclectic colourways and subtle plains. All designs are crafted from natural fibres like super soft organic cotton, viscose deriving from wood pulp, needle cord and handloom cotton. Nomads Clothing celebrates Fair Trade, sustainable fashion and traditional artisan methods. A range of other brands, such as Thought, Bohemia and Greenbomb have been carefully selected to complement the Nomads styles. The versatility of the Boutique's collection will leave you with a wardrobe set for your work, home and social life. We also carry a wide range of coordinating scarves, costume and silver jewellery, Fair Trade leather and fabric handbags, unique Fair Trade gifts and soft furnishing; all sourced from Fair Trade brands like Namaste, Gringo, Daughters of the Ganges, Paperhigh, Love that Stuff and others. You can find us just of the town square next to Liberty Coffee, which is to the left of the St Mary Magdalene Church. Their friendly staff, Irena and Wendy, will look after your wardrobe needs and help you to put a new look together.
