When you’ve built an established business that’s been trading successfully for decades, how would you feel if another company came along and copied almost everything — your services, your pricing, and even chose a very similar name?

Would you be annoyed that someone is trying to replicate what you’ve spent years building, or would you take it as a compliment that you’ve set the standard in your industry?

We often get asked why we close for longer than just the bank holiday day itself…

The truth is, it’s not just one day for us.

Bank holidays have a ripple effect — suppliers pause, deliveries get delayed, and our team (quite rightly!) take some well-earned time off too. All of this makes it difficult to run at the standard we expect.

Rather than offer a half-service, we choose to close a little longer so we can come back fully stocked, fully prepped, and ready to give you the experience you deserve.

And mostly importantly I get to spend the time with my kids ❤️❤️
