This is not a Political statement as Henry's family discussed, this is a show of LOVE,RESPECT & REMBERANCE, for an ordinary lad in Britain, not a Criminal, not a wrong-un, Henry could have been anyone of our Children, in the wrong place at the wrong time.
99% of the British Public must believe the Police Officer's acted WRONGLY, the Police reports of their training guidelines RE-ITERATING their own 2-Tier Policing Must change.

Sheer fabric Cowl Halter neckline with matching elastic ruched one side tie sarong with scarf that can be worn as either a neck drape with ties draping down back or bandana style tie headband.

All sizes made to order:
XS = size 2-4. Bust 31-33 inch
S = size 4-6. Bust 33-35 inch
M = size 8-10. Bust 35-37 inch
L = size 12-14. Bust 37-39 inch
XL = size 16-18. Bust 39-43 inch
