Underfloor Heating System upgrade!

We have recently completed the upgrade of an Underfloor heating system, including replacement of 6x Wall controllers, New Wiring centre and install of Heatmiser NeoHub to allow smart connectivity for the customer!

Due to the rural location the customer unfortunately experiences many power cuts. This meant that the old system had to be manually reset every time the power was restored.

This heatmiser system has inbuilt batteries and will continue to operate on a power cut, with the added bonus of smart connectivity to the customers phone - allowing the system to be set from anywhere in the world!

Industrial work completed!

We have recently completed an installation of a uprated ABB Motor Inverter drive and installation of a Belden cable to connect the motor thermistor to the drive.

This work was completed out of hours to minimise downtime for this pharmaceutical client.

Before -> After!

A simple but effective upgrade today, upgrading outdated and unreliable MR16 12v Spotlights for new lifetime CCT IP65 Integrated 230v spotlights.

Client mentioned that the 12v bulbs would only last around a week before blowing, therefore we removed all transformers and rewired the circuit to include a CPC (Earth).

This allowed us to install 5x new 230v spotlights, complete with new dimmer switch!

Ventilation upgrade completed ✅

We recently carried out an installation to improve airflow and performance, replacing an ineffective setup with a proper long-term solution.

The existing ceiling-mounted extractor fans were underpowered and incorrectly venting into the soffit — not ideal for moisture control or longevity.

With regulations like Awaab’s Law highlighting the importance of proper ventilation and damp prevention, it’s more important than ever to ensure systems are fit for purpose.

We recently attended site after an under-sink water heater developed a leak, causing the unit to fail and trip the RCBO.

Our team quickly diagnosed the issue and carried out the necessary works:
