There’s something extra special about this little bear. 🧸🤎
I made him from an old tweed jacket that belonged to my grandpa. I found the jacket tucked away in his wardrobe, but unfortunately it had been damaged by moths and wasn’t suitable to be sold as it was.
So instead of letting it go to waste, I carefully took it apart and gave it a new life as a memory bear. I added soft burgundy velvet to the paws and nose, along with a little velvet bow to bring it all together.
Now a much-loved old jacket has become something that can be treasured for years to come — a little bear carrying a piece of my grandpa with him. 🤎
Turning something that might otherwise be forgotten into something meaningful and forever cherished. ✨
