I went on holiday last week and closed the shop. I also tried really hard to switch off - but my mind is pretty much always on Tutti Frutti right now.

The shop turns 5 in October and I always thought that I wanted Tutti Frutti to be more than it whatever it was at the time. But this holiday I’ve reflected on what I actually love about it. And I always come back to the same thing. I love designing and creating children’s clothes.

So this Autumn, expect more of the things you and I love. And perhaps less of the things I always felt I had to do, but don’t bring me joy.

So what’s coming up that you can look forward to?

5/6 September:
The big annual studio and sample sale. Expect big discounts in past season clothes, samples than never made it into production, brand new fabric and haberdashery items too. Plus I’m having a rejig in the shop so I’ve got some shelving, baskets and other bits and bobs for sale too.

9 September:
Autumn collection launches in store and online. I’m super proud of this collection - join the waitlist for first dibs!

Plus Tutti Frutti is joining the Shop Small Studios in a Hitchin this month, which I’m really excited about.

The Letchworth shop is open this Wednesday 2 September as usual. Then closed on Thursday and Friday whilst I transform the shop into the sale!

I’m back from my holiday - and ready to get stuck into work! This week is a funny week in the shop - I’ll be open on Wednesday 10-4. I’m then closed on Thursday and Friday as I turn the entire shop into my annual Studio Sale!

Basically I’ll be getting out past season and sample clothes, fabric I won’t use and haberdashery things - threads, elastic etc - and selling it all at bargain prices!

The big sale is Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 September so pop down to grab all the bargains!

Barrel leg joggers and pigeon sweatshirt?! Yes please!!

It’s getting very close now, and I am SO ready to see this collection out in the world.

I’ve shown you little bits over the last couple of weeks - the colours, the prints, the new joggers and the Grow With Me in checks - its all so gorgeous. And there are couple more things to be revealed!

And then, on 9 September, you can finally shop the whole thing.

Apologies, in the summer holiday juggle I don’t think I’ve posted these on my main socials. It’s been popped up in stories a couple of times, and is on the door of the shop but I never posted it here!

I’m closed this week but open again on Saturday 29th at 10am. I’ll then be open on Wednesday 2nd but closed again on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th so I can get ready for my annual sample@and studio sale!
