Last year saw some great achievements for some of Lisburn's independent retailers, including Greens Food Fare of Lisburn being named Overall Independent Retailer, Richard Kyle from Greens being named Independent Retail Employee of the Year, Rosie's Emporium entering the Hall of Fame after multiple wins for Best Homeware Retailer, and Lisburn taking Silver for High Street of the Year. 🏆

Alderman James Baird, Chair of the Regeneration and Growth Committee, said: "Lisburn is fortunate to have many dedicated businesses that serve our residents and visitors throughout the year. The High Street Heroes Awards provide an opportunity for the public to recognise those businesses and their contribution to our local economy. I would encourage people to support the awards by casting a vote and helping to showcase the excellent businesses we have across the Lisburn area."
Ruth Young, President of Lisburn Chamber of Commerce, said: "Our independent retailers are the heartbeat of Lisburn's city centre, and last year's success at the High Street Heroes Awards was thoroughly deserved to celebrate their dedication.
