T R I G G E R W A R N I N G - C A N C E R

Hiya everyone. Apologies for the total silence from me since last May. Unfortunately we as a family had some devastating news and Patatino was certainly not a priority 💔

I discovered a lump in my breast after my baby elbowed me and hurt me and well...the past 10 months since has been the hardest and most upsetting of my families lives 😢

I was diagnosed with stage 1, grade 3 HER 2 Breast Cancer back in June after an urgent referral back in May. I was told at my first appointment it was cancer and extensive but needed biopsies before it was 'official'. Our world turned upside down 🫠

I have had Chemotherapy, a Mastectomy and DIEP reconstruction, Radiotherapy and now just started more chemo that will continue until Oct. I have lost all my gorgeous hair, been incredibly ill with the chemo and simply locked down with my family and friends who have been incredible ❤️

Since my surgery it was discovered that it had spread to my lymph nodes so now stage 2 and hadn't responded to the chemo that nearly killed me. This really has been a testing time for my family 😭

I don't know what the future holds for Patatino but just thought time I updated you all. I have had lots of lovely messages from people wanting Easter clothes and so nice to know you are thinking of us even with my lack of posts for nearly a year! 🌈

I am hoping for a full recovery but it's still quite a long way off so lots of rest and dealing with everything the treatment throws my way 🤞🏼❤️

Thanks for the support from those who know my situation and please if you do one thing today...check your b***s 🍳🍳

Eternally grateful for the amazing NHS and the treatment I am receiving ❤️
