🤍 Before every Mama & Mini Sanctuary, I spend time creating a space where both you and your baby can truly relax.

Every mat, blanket, cushion and toy is placed with intention. The organic sunflower seed oil is ready, the room is calm, and everything is prepared so that when you walk through the door, all you need to do is breathe.

Because these sessions aren't just about baby.
They're about giving you an hour to slow down too.

At The Mama & Mini Sanctuary, you'll spend an hour reconnecting with your little one through gentle baby massage and baby yoga, before sinking into a calming guided meditation created especially for mums.

I’ve had a few questions lately about what to expect at my Mama Sound Bath, and I wanted to pop on here to reassure you: this space is entirely for you. 🤍

​Whether you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed, looking for a moment of quiet, or just need to reconnect with yourself, this is a beautiful, safe, and non-judgmental space.

​A few things you’ve been asking:

✨ Babies are so welcome: If you want to bring your little one, please do! They can rest right beside you.

✨ You don't have to bring baby: If you’re able to sneak away for an hour of "me time," you are more than welcome to come solo.

✨ The atmosphere: It is completely relaxed. There’s no pressure to be "perfect"—just come as you are to rest, breathe, and reset.

​I’d love to see you there for some deep restoration.

​🗓 When: Tuesday

⏰ Time: 10:30 am – 11:15 am

💷 Investment: £10 per mama (baby included!)
