⚡️Organic?⚡️As a result of the pandemic there has been a worldwide tightening of purse strings. So we thought it would be helpful to post the ‘clean fifteen & dirty dozen’. This is an international list of foods that have either low levels of pesticides (so buying organic produce is not so important) compared to the which have higher levels of pesticides (therefore better to buy organic where possible). .

⚡️The 1st 1000 Days of life⚡️Really does impact a child’s mental & physical well-being. From a weaning baby the 🍓- blonde has always been offered ALL foods no matter how obscure or if we, as adults, believed she wouldn’t like them (as long as deemed safe for her age group). Here she is having just started reception class enjoying curried muscles with turmeric, samphire & a string hopper!
