It’s strange not to be in Camden after so long, but it feels right. I’m still in London, still creating!
The lights and noise of Camden fade, but the work goes on; a little quieter, a little darker, still entirely mine 🖤

It Was Always Skulls!
Some people think I only recently embraced the skulls… but I’ve been conjuring little bone-headed beauties since the very beginning.

This was my first ever Instagram post; a collection of bottle cap pendants featuring skulls dressed in florals, text, and vintage charm. Posted exactly 11 years ago today. Skulls have always been stitched into the DNA of my crafts; a little dark, a little elegant, and always unapologetically peculiar.

After years of being stuck with a business account, dealing with a painfully limited music library, and being nudged to throw money at ads just to keep up.. I’ve finally switched. No more ‘trending’ audio nonsense, just the freedom to post what I want, when I want, with whatever soundtrack I like.

So, here’s to the new (non-business) era. I might spam a little, but I promise to go easy on your ears.

Also, Kobie’s here because he makes everything look more artistic than I ever could. Watching the world like a melancholic poet at my window; fitting, since I haven’t seen him in a while… I think I miss him.

The British Heart Foundation collects sellable(!) condition furniture for free!
I needed bigger and better-looking drawers for my stock, and I’m about to book a free collection online with the BHF for my old furniture. It’s straightforward and easy!

Over the years, I’ve donated everything from my old sofa to bathroom cabinets, coffee tables, and bookcases, anything in sellable condition. You can also post quality donations to the BHF with a freepost label.

This time, as part of my yearly purge, my furniture will go to the British Heart Foundation, while the smaller items I can carry will head to my local Cancer Research UK shop.

Just a quick note to my friends and regulars;
I’m taking one of my long breaks for a month. If you visit the market and don’t see my stall, no need to worry. I simply needed to pause for a bit and take some time for myself.
I actually meant to post this on Monday when I stored my stuff, but social media and I have a complicated relationship, so I’m only getting around to it today (Thursday).

☠️An Important (and Unlucky) Update for My Northern Ireland and EU Customers ☠️

It seems Friday the 13th has come early for small businesses like mine! Due to the new EU regulations (GPSR) taking effect tomorrow, Friday, 13th December, I must temporarily pause shipping to Northern Ireland and the EU.

While these rules aim to tackle unsafe products from big corporations, they’ve cast a shadow over small, independent makers like me. Navigating compliance is no small task, but rest assured, I’m determined to overcome this curse!

Northern Ireland, as part of the single market, is also affected. This hits especially close to home for me, as I’ve had wonderful customers from Northern Ireland, and for fellow UK sellers, this impacts all of us in challenging ways.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while I work on a solution. I hope this is only temporary, and I’ll rise from the ashes. 🖤
