Lisa blends yoga, Pilates, and strength and conditioning, so you leave her classes feeling stronger and more confident in your body. Off the mat, she's usually wild camping, travelling, or pootling about on a narrowboat. ⁠

Clothes that go from a class to a campsite have to keep up. Hers are made in small batches by a women-led team in Brazil and the UK, free from PFAS, with UPF 60+ for all that time outdoors.⁠

Meet Nicola Glenn, yoga teacher and one of CF affiliates at OM Yoga Show London, 16 to 18 October at Alexandra Palace.⁠

Nicola has 20 years of yoga behind her and 500-hour teacher training (RYT 500). She teaches everyone from beginners to advanced, with atmospheric music and plenty of laughing. At her garden studio in Lancing, Sussex, she runs women's circles that follow nature's cycles, mixing yoga, ritual and inner work.⁠

Ritual for the modern, mystical woman, in a pink leopard-print catsuit. We love her for it.⁠

Meet Rooted Together, the mother and daughter duo wearing Colour Flow at OM Yoga Show London, 16 to 18 October at Alexandra Palace.⁠

Theresa (ShakTi With T) .with.t is a ShakTi facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and sound therapist. Her daughter, Elysia (Move With El) ⁠with.el teaches Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and is a sound therapist too. Together they run wellbeing retreats and partner yoga built around movement and connection.⁠

⁠Expect plenty of movement, shared energy and connection, and leave the class feeling energised and uplifted.⁠
