As the temperature cools on Saturday evening, Blackheath Creatives will be taking over our courtyard for a joyous midsummer celebration of SE London music - and you are invited!

The weather promises to be glorious as the sun sets and we have the most eclectic line-up of musical talent in the area for you:

🎶The Quaggy String Band bring the most authentic Bluegrass music you'll hear outside of the States

🎶The Mooches are an upbeat mixture of Squeeze meets The Specials, with great lyrics and a ska beat

🎶The Bus Stops play the best songs of the early sixties - close your eyes and you'll be transported to the Cavern Club in 1962

🎶Laurence O 'n the Blistered Mirrors high energy set blends jazz, blues and Americana with classic pop hooks - and they are about to release their second album

Everyone welcome, this is an event for the whole community celebrating SE London music

🍷Arrive at 5pm for the Severndroog Bar, plus street food by From Harlem to Manila offering a fusion of Filipino favourites with a western twist, serving homemade Bao buns, Filipino dishes, and traditional Asian street food made from fresh, organic ingredients. Perfect for a summer’s evening!

🍦And the Tea Room will be open for cold drinks and ice cream

Bands will play from 6pm to 9.15pm, so we can enjoy a packed music programme and then all be away in time for the game ⚽
