Munay brings you the products made by Red Puna.

Who are part of Red Puna? Now we are going to tell you a little bit of their history.

They are a network of more than 120 artisans, weavers and knitters from the Quebrada and Puna of Jujuy, organised with the objective of producing and commercialising their handicrafts at a fair and supportive price, respecting their cultural identity, valuing their ancestral techniques and contributing through sustainable and non-polluting production, respecting the Earth of which we are a part.



The Puna Network was founded in 1995, based on the Punha cooperative itself and the network with other organisations in the area that share the same objective, such as each family being able to have their own sources of income, for which they worked on food sovereignty, public policies, land ownership situations in the case of neighbouring communities. This is also where the term "articulation" comes in, since working together is always more beneficial.
