Hey fam! Just wanted to share a quick heads-up on Aussie Hoodie’s policies so you shop with peace of mind.
👉 Return Policy Highlights
• You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. 
• The product must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
• To start a return, email [email protected] and wait for instructions. 
• Damaged, defective, or wrong items? Report immediately so they can evaluate and make it right. 
• Some items can’t be returned (e.g. sale items, custom orders, gift cards). 
👉 Refund Policy Highlights
• After they receive and inspect your return, they’ll notify you of approval (within ~24 business hours). 
• If approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. 
• If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven’t received your refund, reach out to [email protected].
