➡️“: STATEMENT ON MASSACRE IN JENIN REFUGEE CAMP
In the early hours of the morning, the occupation invaded Jenin Refugee Camp. Suddenly and without warning, the people of the camp found themselves under heavy fire from all sides. The result was the slaughter of at least 10 of the camp’s residents, in the bloodiest massacre that the West Bank has faced since 2002, during the Second Intifada.
Immediately following the massacre, occupation forces raided Jenin Government Hospital and fired tear gas bombs that suffocated patients and staff alike, preventing any attempt at rescuing the injured. Jenin Youth Center is destroyed, along with much of the camp’s infrastructure.
