Couriers strictly require a customer’s phone number for delivery; they simply won’t accept the shipment without one, and you’re more than welcome to check this for yourselves if you don’t believe me.
Plenty of you also think our delivery charge of £6.90 is too high. But honestly, for all our dresses, T-shirts, jeans and other items — can you find anywhere else with the same great quality, dedicated plus-size ranges and such low prices?
We only make a mere £0.5 to £1 profit on every single piece. That’s because we have our own factory and warehouse, so we can make quality garments ourselves. Our profit margin is really tiny, and we only charge a standard £6.90 for delivery.
Please try to understand my position. I’m really under huge pressure. I only ever aim to sell more with smaller profits, I’d really appreciate your understanding.........
