Three things I have learned from running my first embroidery workshop:
🪡 I loved running the workshop and I can’t wait to do it again
🪡 I am very grateful to all of you who bought tickets and again sorry train strikes made me move the date, but I’m so grateful to all of you!

Hi, for those new here. I’m Amy, owner of Any Day Tees here to share my 5 tips for a sustainable wedding guest outfit in this busy wedding season:
🤍 use something you already have in your wardrobe
🤍buy second hand or from an ethical brand if you can and if you are buying online, leave yourself plenty of time to make sure it arrives on time and you don’t have to rush and buy a last minute outfit
🤍 you can spend a little more knowing you will use it more than once and if you love the dress but it needs alterations, pay to get it altered, make sure you love how you feel in it so you are happy that it’s a dress to last and to be used more than once!
🤍 switch up your accessories - hairstyle (haircut), jewellery, shoes, jacket
🤍 no one cares if you are wearing the same dress to more than one weddings, most likely it won’t be the same guests and as long as you feel and love how you look! That’s all that matters

Inspiration…I’ve been away getting inspiration. Mexico is well known for its embroidery and I went to Chiapas at the start of the year and got to see and meet some of the women who work to create these beautiful pieces of art. Here is a taste
