PROJECT • We love seeing how designers make our Check Stripe their own

chose it for a beautiful pair of armchairs, the graphic stripe adding real character to the upholstery.

used it on a stunning headboard, bringing a crisp, elegant feel to the bedroom.

And .interiordesign wrapped a gorgeous living room sofa in it.

Check Stripe is an upbeat linen design that combines a strong graphic presence with the soft, natural feel of linen.

🔈The sound of craft

That rhythmic beat is a 100 year old loom weaving the Fairfax Braid in Brick, one of our signature trimmings made exclusively for George Spencer Designs by

Every braid is warped and set up by hand, then woven by the machine, with a craftsperson watching the loom at every stage to ensure the quality is exactly right.

What we love most is the colour. What looks like one shade is actually several tones blended together. It’s this layering that gives our trimmings their depth and richness.

Heritage Trimmings have been making our trimmings since the early 1990s. Over thirty years of expertise, woven into every metre.
