Prices for each pair may vary based on the design. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. Please note all the payments must be made when the order is being placed. We cannot begin to process and ship the order unless the payment has been made. If you are a student, get in touch we have special offers for you! Refunds and returns policy:
As each pair is one of a kind, hand-painted and made to order, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once, the 24 hour window passes, all sales are final and cannot be refunded. You will be charged full price once the 24 hour window has passed. Shipping:
Depending on the location, we can hand deliver or ship your order to you. In case of shipping, please note additional chargers will apply. For delivery within the UK, we will send your order with Royal Mail Tracked 48h with Signature service to ensure your shoes arrive to you safely. Once shipped, we will share the tracking number so you can rest easy. With the Royal Mail service, you should receive your order within 2 working days, however, please allow a 3-5 working days to receive your orders in case of delays before getting in touch with us. We do not ship on certain public holidays, please allow for additional delays during public/bank holidays. For shipping in other parts of the World, we would evaluate the best and most reliable service based on your address. Disclaimer:
While we use popular brands to customise your shoes, we are not affiliated or representatives of any brands. We take the time and care to hand-paint each and every pair with the best quality paints and finishers. They are durable and made to last, however, damage can be caused through misuse. We advise to wear your new custom pairs with care. If any damages occur during shipping, please contact the shipping company directly. We are happy to assist with anything to help you get the shipping refunded if you are unhappy with the delivery, however, we cannot take any shipping-related responsibilities.
